DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on location but generally you can expect your package to arrive at your door between 2 - 12 business days after dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney.

AVAILABILITY & DISPATCH TIMES
All products are in stock unless otherwise stated and will be packed and dispatched within 3 business days following the date of purchase.
Following your order you will receive an email to notify you that Akwa Home has received your order. Upon dispatch you will receive another email and you should then receive a tracking number.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. 

DELIVERY PARTNERS
We ship via both Australia Post & Sendle, depending on your location.
If we find that our delivery partners cannot deliver to your location (it happens) we will be in contact and work with you to find a location that will work for you.

* Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers, Auction houses, Malls or shopping centres, Furniture and retail stores, Hospitals, Military bases, Airports. - If this poses a problem for you, many people have us deliver to their office or a friends place for convenience.

CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS
Please ensure you have left clear instructions of a safe place for the delivery driver to leave your package in the event that you are not home to accept delivery.
We cannot be held responsible if your parcel goes missing due to it being left in an unsafe location. 

SYDNEY HILLS DISTRICT EXPEDITED DELIVERY
Local expedited delivery may be available in Sydney - Hills District locations.
We will only deliver in this case if someone is home to accept delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you input an incorrect address at the checkout, please contact us ASAP on hello@akwahome.com.au to rectify immediately and we should be able to fix this. Unfortunately, if the package has already been shipped Akwa Home can not be responsible for lost or missing parcels.
You will however receive tracking information which may help you to locate the package. 

RE-DELIVERY
For orders shipped using Sendle, If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended, a card will be left at the receiver’s premises with information about redelivery:

  1. The driver will leave a card and scan the parcel if it’s available for redelivery. 
  2. The receiver will need to follow the instructions on the card to book a redelivery or organise collection within 5 days.

If you miss your delivery and fail to rebook within 5 days, the parcel will be returned to Akwa Home. Refunds will not be accepted in this case as we cannot be held liable if a parcel is returned to us.
In this case we will contact you to arrange delivery again - the buyer will incur the delivery fee which will be calculated and is subject to the buyers location.
