Pippa Denim Dog Bed / Floor Cushion - Indigo Stone Wash

Designed in Australia, our cushion covers are hand-dyed and handmade in small batches by Balinese artisans - each cover is unique.

Created to be beautiful, durable and versatile, we use ours all around the house for our dogs, our kids and ourselves to lounge on. 

Like your favourite jeans, they are made with only quality thick denim on the front, back and sides, so they are easy to care for and they get better with age. Better yet, the distressed nature of the denim is great at disguising dirt between washes.

Every parent and pet owner knows that accidents happen, the cover and inner are both washable. Designed with a large gold YKK zipper, removal is easy.

PLEASE NOTE We recommend hand washing for longevity.
If you choose to machine wash your cover we strongly advise you select a COLD, GENTLE CYCLE & ENSURE THE ZIPPER IS FULLY CLOSED
Our denim covers are VERY heavy when wet and the thrashing motion of a washing machine may put stress on the zipper if it is not closed. 

Our cushion inserts have been custom made to fit perfectly inside each of our denim covers for a plump filled out look.

They feature a zipper to allow for fill adjustment as well as inner channels within the insert to ensure maximum comfort and longevity and most importantly no sagging!

The japara cotton exterior allows for cold hand washing when needed as well as making them strong, durable and long-lasting.

Best of all, our inserts are filled with 100% non-allergenic recycled PET fibre - made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. After all, it’s what on the inside that counts!

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on location but generally you can expect your package to arrive at your door between 2 - 12 business days after dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney.

AVAILABILITY & DISPATCH TIMES
All products are in stock unless otherwise stated and will be packed and dispatched within 3 business days following the date of purchase.
Following your order you will receive an email to notify you that Akwa Home has received your order. Upon dispatch you will receive another email and you should then receive a tracking number.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. 

DELIVERY PARTNERS
We ship via both Australia Post & Sendle, depending on your location.
If we find that our delivery partners cannot deliver to your location (it happens) we will be in contact and work with you to find a location that will work for you.

* Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers, Auction houses, Malls or shopping centres, Furniture and retail stores, Hospitals, Military bases, Airports. - If this poses a problem for you, many people have us deliver to their office or a friends place for convenience.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you input an incorrect address at the checkout, please contact us ASAP on hello@akwahome.com.au to rectify immediately and we should be able to fix this. Unfortunately, if the package has already been shipped Akwa Home can not be responsible for lost or missing parcels.
You will however receive tracking information which may help you to locate the package. 

RE-DELIVERY
For orders shipped using Sendle, If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended, a card will be left at the receiver’s premises with information about redelivery:

1. The driver will leave a card and scan the parcel if it’s available for redelivery. 
2. The receiver will need to follow the instructions on the card to book a redelivery or organise collection within 5 days.

If you miss your delivery and fail to rebook within 5 days, the parcel will be returned to Akwa Home. Refunds will not be accepted in this case as we cannot be held liable if a parcel is returned to us.
In this case we will contact you to arrange delivery again - the buyer will incur the delivery fee which will be calculated and is subject to the buyers location.
