Change of mind

We want you to be happy with your purchase and so if you have chosen the incorrect colour or size, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note.
> Products must be in original packaging with tags - cushion inserts must be unopened.
> It is virtually impossible to re-package the cushion inserts once they have been opened and so for this reason we will not accept exchanges on opened cushion inserts.
> To begin the exchange process please contact us at hello@akwahome.com.au and we will respond to you within 10 days to accept or decline your exchange.
> If accepted, we will advise you where to send the item - this cost will be covered by the customer.
> Once goods have been received by us, your new order will be dispatched within 3 business days - we will cover the shipping cost to you.
> Standard shipping times will apply following dispatch.
**Please note as mentioned we will not accept change of mind exchanges for opened cushion inserts.

Damages and issues 

If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect please get in touch with us at hello@akwahome.com.au as soon as possible.
> Please state if you wish to proceed with a refund or exchange and make sure you provide photos/videos of the fault.
> Once the refund or exchange is accepted we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send back the faulty item if applicable.
> The exchange order will be dispatched 3 business days from when we receive the faulty item. 
> We will cover the shipping cost to you and Standard shipping times will apply following dispatch.

*Please understand our products are hand-dyed / hand made in small quantities and each item is singular and unique. Slight variances in the colour of fabric is to be expected and not considered to be a defect.
