I have just received my package, which elements of the packaging are recyclable/compostable?
We are so happy that we have been able to locate and incorporate a majority of eco-friendly packaging elements to ship our products out.

What do I do if I get a mark on my cover?
Our covers are pretty durable!
General light dirt and mess should come out with no problem with standard washing detergent.
Any heavy soiling (blood, food etc.)  will require immediate removal and washing - as you would any pair of jeans.
Do not use harsh chemicals such as napisan and bleach on your cover.

So are they Dog Beds or Floor cushions?

Both!

My dog is a scratcher, will this bed last?

We consider our dog beds to be scratch resistant - the fabric is just like a pair of non stretch jeans.
Chances are your pooch will not be able to easily destroy this bed however the fabric may wear (look a little more vintage) in over scratched areas. The reason we created this collection was because there was nothing durable, thick and beautiful on the market so know that they are hardwearing by design.

Are they suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, definitely, only on dry surfaces out of the weather as they are not waterproof. The insert is made from japara cotton (quality cotton impregnated with a paraffin-based wax) which makes it is less susceptible to liquids but still not water resistant.
